As a direct relative of diamonds, diamonds with "carbon element" characteristics are not small, including the highest known thermal conductivity, stiffness and hardness ,and at the same time have high optical transmission characteristics, low expansion coefficient and low density in a large wavelength range. Sawing diamond is suitable for sawing and drilling applications with high power and very high impact, and the obtained products can be widely used in diamond tools, such as grinding bricks, grinding heads, cutting tools, drill bits, resin-based binders, electroplating metal bond grinding wheels and other grinding tools after the sawing diamond is processed into a diamond powder.

How to distinguish the grade of saw-cut diamond :

The sawing grade diamond also has many different grades, which are determined by the size of powder particles. The largest particles are called ' grit diamond ', while the smaller particles are called ' powder diamond '. According to the particle size classification, the saw-grained diamond is classified according to the Mold hardness. Saw-grained diamond with large particle size and high hardness is generally used for sawing stone, while a saw-grained diamond with a small particle size and low hardness is generally used for grinding ceramics, glass, and concrete.

There are many grades of saw-grained diamonds on the market, and prices vary according to grade. In general, the higher the grade of saw diamond, the higher the price. However, the grade of serrated diamonds does not always represent quality. Sometimes, low-grade saw diamonds may have better quality than high-grade diamonds.
